Customer support engineer
location: Petah Tikva
 Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide technical support to field personnel, partners, and customers.
• Deploy, install, repair and upgrade Nanox systems at customer sites and R&D/Production sites following service procedures &
regulatory  policies.
• Define, prepare, and support technical documentation and procedures creation and updates.
• Provide field updates and knowledge transfer. Act as a field trainer for service engineers and partners.
• Collecting field status, cases & reporting according to service procedures & regulations
• Provide information flow between the field and R&D for product reliability and serviceability improvements.
• Ready for travel up to 40%, as needed to various regions (including developing countries in Africa/Asia/S. America)
• Ready for some after hours (and weekends) availability for field response. (via phone)
Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• 5+ years' relevant work experience
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
